Promise2Live Silicon Slopes Mental Health Town Hall featuring ResilientYOU. Utah Resilience Month
We are living in a time where stress, anxiety, and disconnection are impacting individuals, children, and families at every level. The pressures of modern life are real, and many are navigating challenges quietly and alone. So how do we build resilience in ourselves, our families, and our communities before a crisis? Join us for our April Promise2Live Silicon Slopes Mental Health Town Hall as we come together during Utah Resilience Month to focus on solutions, connection, and hope. This conversation is about strengthening mental health, building resilience, and creating environments where people feel supported and seen. In partnership with ResilientYOU, we will explore how innovative approaches, including the science of music and life skills, are helping individuals and families better navigate life’s challenges.
